We ship by UPS, FedEx ground, or common carrier. You will see an estimated arrival date when you place an item in your shopping cart. Please allow extra time for delivery of larger furniture items. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise you order. These charges include the cost of shipping your order via USPS or UPS and costs of handling and preparing the products to be delivered to you safely and in good condition. The shipping table shown below indicates the charges that will be applied to your order during the checkout process except for items such as jewelry and electronics, which will be shipped at a flat rate, as stated in your shopping cart and at checkout.

Flat Shipping Charge
Many items, such as jewelry and electronics items, will be shipped at a flat rate (standard shipping table will not apply). These rates will be indicated in your shopping cart and at checkout.

Heavy Item Weight Class Chart
Some of the larger and/or heavier items also incur additional handling charges. These products are identified with a special handling code on the product display page and in your shopping cart.

We currently only ship orders to the contiguous 48 states.

Cancellation Policy
We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please call 612-521-5810 for order cancellation.

Guarantees/Returns
